Acceptable Use & Service Transparency

Permitted use

Customers may use Litix to manage lawful marketing-related workflows, delivery settings, service orders and tracking for accounts and content they are authorized to manage.

Prohibited activities

Do not use Litix for impersonation, fabricated endorsements or reviews, unauthorized account access, harassment, fraudulent representations, deceptive compliance badges or other harmful behavior.

Third-party platform rules

Some engagement services may be limited or prohibited by third-party platform terms. Customers are responsible for reviewing relevant rules. Litix software tools do not change those requirements.

Service and payment disclosures

Supplier fulfillment, payment gateway tokenization and hosted order tracking are separate functions. Using a tokenized payment gateway does not by itself establish independent PCI certification or a commercial endorsement.

Reporting concerns

Use the support link on the main Litix website to report suspected misuse or request information about a particular order.
