When you place or track an order, Litix may process your email address, the public social-media URL you provide, service and quantity selections, order identifiers, payment status, and supplier status so we can process and support your order.
Payment information
Card details are collected by our payment provider through hosted/tokenized fields. Litix's checkout is designed to receive a payment token rather than raw card numbers or security codes. Payment providers process transactions under their own privacy and security terms.
How information is used
We use order information to validate requests, submit and reconcile orders with service providers, provide private order tracking, prevent duplicate submissions, respond to support requests, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Service providers and retention
Information may be shared with payment and fulfillment providers only as needed to process or support an order. Order and transaction records may be retained for accounting, dispute resolution, security, and legal compliance. We do not promise a specific deletion period here because retention requirements can vary.
Security and your choices
We use reasonable technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Do not send passwords to your social-media accounts.
